Refund policy


Returns & Price Adjustment Policy

At Juló Atelier, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and price adjustment policies below.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in good condition, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including tags, dust bags, and boxes where applicable).
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., hair accessories that have been worn or final sale items). These exclusions will be clearly marked at checkout.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after your return is received. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

2. Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased is marked down within 7 days of your purchase date, you may request a one-time price adjustment. The difference will be refunded to your original form of payment. The item must be the same style, color, and size, and must still be in stock at the reduced price. Price adjustments do not apply to items originally purchased on sale, clearance, or with promotional discounts.

We will provide you with return instructions or process your price adjustment request.
