Shipping policy


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard domestic shipping takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Options

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size.
Expedited options (when available) will be shown at checkout; expedited timelines apply after the 3-day processing window unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no additional cost. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apartment/suite numbers). We’re not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
We can ship to P.O. Boxes where carrier-eligible.

Delivery Issues

Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. If still missing after 2 business days, contact us at hello@juloatelier.com with your order number.

Lost or damaged in transit: Notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date (or expected delivery for lost items). Keep all packaging/photos for claim filing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, email hello@juloatelier.com within 1 hour of placing it. We can’t guarantee changes after processing has started.

Refused/Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status may incur reshipment fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Holiday & Peak Periods

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing and shipping times may be extended. We’ll post any known delays on our site when possible.
