For hygiene reasons, worn or final-sale items cannot be returned. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment within 5–7 business days. Orders at Juló Atelier are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after processing, with expedited options available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
